Pumpkin Spice Cake
Two simple ingredients for a flavorful fall dessert!

- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
Optional
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- pecans
- toffee bits
- powdered sugar
- cream cheese frosting
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a baking dish, either a Bundt pan, loaf pan, or other preferred baking dish.
Mix together spice cake mix and pumpkin. Fold in any additional optional ingredients like chocolate chips, nuts, or toffee.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick or knife comes out clean.
Allow cake to cool in baking dish and invert onto serving dish (or leave if baked in serving dish). Top with a dusting of powdered sugar, cream cheese frosting, or leave plain. Enjoy!
